OUR MISSION - enabling faith communities to reach out to foster parents to:

• Assist
• Support
• Affirm them in their ministry

WHY FOSTER PARENTS

• They are the "safe harbor" for neglected and/or abused children who must be separated from their biological parents.
• They are the "last hope" - the only remaining "safe harbor" - for a significant percentage of the children who enter the "system" and are unable to return home or be adopted - the "last barrier" against abandonment.

OUR PURPOSE - to help foster parents persist in the daunting task of:

• Protecting and loving
• Healing and nurturing children who have suffered from neglect, abuse and chaotic circumstances

OUR GOALS

• To help foster families do even more for thier foster children.
• To reduce foster parent "burnout" and help them to sustain.
• To make it easier for others to become foster parents.

OUR DREAM

• That every foster family will have the active assistance and support of a dedicated faith community.
